Our team will do their best to check your insurance benefits prior to your scheduled appointment and let you know what’s covered, how much you’ll owe at the time of your appointment, and how much additional add-on services at the clinic will cost. Most insurance companies are open from 9am to 5pm eastern time so we can verify most benefits same-day if received prior to closing, but we do not guarantee any turn-around time and verifications will be done in order of appointment proximity. Hold times to contact insurance companies have increased dramatically since Covid began and we do not guarantee that we will have your insurance verified by the time of your appointment. In that case, you will be charged the full cash rate for the service and a refund/credit will be issued for anything that was overpaid once the claims come through. Some insurances including popular HMO’s like Kaiser can take up to 48 hours to respond so please be patient. Someone will reach out to you as soon as we have your benefit information.
Although we always strive for accuracy and precision, occasionally an insurance company will give us the wrong information regarding your insurance.
